Custom ERP vs Odoo, SAP Business One and ready-made ERP
Ready-made ERPs are a good fit when your processes are standard and you can adapt to the software. Custom ERP is the better choice when your workflow is specific (dealer-wise pricing, cylinder deposits, madrasa fee structures, MikroTik control), when per-user licence fees would grow faster than your team, or when you want to own the code and host it yourself in Bangladesh.
