All web design, development, mobile app and SEO services are delivered subject to a written agreement. Quotations and timelines are estimates and may change with notice.

Intellectual property

Upon full payment, deliverables are transferred to the client unless otherwise agreed. Encoderbase may showcase completed work in its portfolio.

Liability

Encoderbase is not liable for losses arising from inaccurate requirements provided by the client or third-party service outages.
