How We Work

A clear, written process from first call to launch, so you always know what happens next, what it costs and who owns what.

Step one: discovery call (free, 30 minutes)

We listen. What does your business do, what is slow or broken today, what should the website or software change, and by when. If a ready-made tool would serve you better than custom work, we say so.

Step two: written scope and fixed price

Within two business days you receive a proposal listing pages or modules, features, timeline, milestones and a fixed price. Nothing is billed until you approve it. Larger software projects start with a paid discovery sprint that produces wireframes, a data model and a precise estimate.

Step three: design and build in sprints

Work is split into one- or two-week sprints. At the end of each sprint you see working screens on a staging link and give feedback. Changes inside the agreed scope are free; new ideas are quoted before we build them, so the budget never surprises you.

Step four: testing, data and training

We test on real devices and real data, migrate your existing content or records, and train your team in Bangla or English with short screen recordings you can replay later.

Step five: launch and support

We handle domain, hosting, SSL, analytics and Search Console setup. After launch you get a warranty period for bug fixes, and optional maintenance packages for ongoing care.

Payment, NDA and ownership

  1. Milestone payments: typically 30% to start, 40% at design or mid-build approval, 30% at launch
  2. Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad or bank transfer. International: Wise, Stripe, PayPal or bank transfer, invoiced in USD, AUD or GBP
  3. NDA signed on request before any details are shared
  4. You own the source code, design files, domain and hosting accounts; everything is transferred at final payment
  5. Hosting can be in your name from day one

Communication and time zones

Bangladesh is UTC+6. Our working day covers morning to afternoon in Australia and New Zealand, all day in the Gulf and India, and mornings in the UK and Europe. For US clients we keep an evening window. You get a named project lead reachable on WhatsApp, email and video call, and a weekly written update.
