Feature lists all look the same. What actually differs between e-commerce platforms is how the day-to-day work feels — how many clicks an order takes, whether stock updates itself, whether the report you need already exists.
So instead of a list, here is a walkthrough of the EbBzar admin panel, module by module, and what each screen is for.
Dashboard
The opening screen shows total sales, orders, customers, products, revenue and low-stock count, with sales and order charts underneath. It is designed to answer one question in a glance: is today normal? Anything unusual — a spike in cancellations, a drop in orders, stock running out — should be visible before you open anything else.
Products, categories and brands
The catalogue lives here. Products carry images, SKU, category, brand, regular and sale price, stock, variations and their own SEO fields. Categories and brands are managed separately so customers can filter by both. Bulk actions handle the repetitive work — price updates, status changes, imports and exports.
Orders
Orders move through pending, confirmed, processing, packed, shipped and delivered, with cancellations and returns handled as their own paths. Payment status sits beside fulfilment status, so "paid but not shipped" and "delivered but not collected" are both one filter away. Every status change is timestamped.
Customers
Profiles with contact details, addresses, complete order history, total spend, wishlist and reviews. This is where you see who is buying once and who is coming back.
Inventory
Stock in, stock out, adjustments with reasons, and alerts for low and out-of-stock items. Stock value across the catalogue is reported here too — useful for knowing how much cash is sitting on the shelf.
Purchases and suppliers
Purchase orders with supplier, items, quantities, cost and expected delivery. Receiving a purchase updates stock automatically, which is what keeps inventory numbers honest and cost prices accurate.
Marketing and coupons
Coupons with limits, minimum order values and validity dates; flash sales with real countdowns; discounts and campaigns with performance visible against each one.
Reports
Sales, revenue, orders, customers, top products, top categories, inventory and purchases, all with date filters and export.
SEO
SEO title, meta description, focus keyword, slug, canonical URL and Open Graph image, editable per product, category and page, with product schema and sitemap generated automatically.
Settings and permissions
Store details, payment methods, delivery zones and charges, notification templates, staff accounts and role-based permissions. Your packing staff do not need the revenue report; your accounts person does not need product publishing rights.
What ties it together
An order placed on the storefront reduces stock, updates the customer record, applies any active coupon and enters the revenue report — in one step, with nobody re-entering anything. That connection is the whole argument for a single platform over a collection of separate tools.
See it for yourself
The fastest way to judge any of this is to use it. The EbBzar demo is open — browse the storefront, place a test order, then open the admin panel and watch it appear.
