Shop Management

Rubel Traders, a wholesale and retail business in Bangladesh, needed to replace manual registers with one system for sales, stock, dues and accounts. Encoderbase designed and built this Shop Management Software on Laravel 12 and Vue 3, with a mobile-friendly interface the shop staff learned in a day.

What we built

1. Dashboard with sales, purchases, profit, expenses, cash flow, stock value, receivables and top products.
2. Point of Sale with barcode scanning, retail and wholesale pricing, discounts, previous dues, A4 invoices and thermal receipt printing.
3. Product and inventory management: categories, brands, units, variants, barcode/QR, warehouse-wise stock, adjustments, movement history and low-stock alerts.
4. Customer and supplier management with due tracking, payment history, statements and customer groups.
5. Purchase and sales management with returns, due collection, supplier payments and full transaction history.
6. Accounting: cash, bank and mobile-banking ledgers, deposits, withdrawals, transfers and automated entries.
7. Reports: sales, purchases, profit and loss, stock movement, inventory valuation, collections, dues, price history, day book and CSV export.
8. Users, roles and permissions, branches, warehouses and activity logs, plus company settings for taxes, currencies and branded invoices.

Result

The shop now closes its day in minutes instead of hours, knows exact stock and customer dues at any moment, and prints branded invoices from any device. Delivered in three months with source code handed over to the client.
